Salads
Our salads are served with a cup of homemade soup, hot bread, and our house dipping oils. We only use the freshest ingredients to make your food. We have a variety of salads to choose from including: Cobb Salad, Chicken Taco Salad, Shrimp Louie, Chicken Caesar Salad, Spinach Salad, and even Chinese Chicken Salad.
Sandwiches
Our sandwiches are served with homemade soup, garden salad, or french fries. Try our best-selling sandwich, the New York Steak Sandwich with a choice 9 oz. cut of New York steak, char-broiled to order and served on a sour dough roll, with fried onions. If that doesn't make your mouth water, choose from a variety of sandwiches and burgers including: the Refuge Burger, Avocado Turkey Croissant, Club House, Tuna Bagel, and many more delicious sandwiches.
Seafoods
Our seafood dishes are served with homemade soup or garden salad. We receive our ingredients fresh from the sea. We have a whole ocean of seafood dishes including: Calamari Steak, Char-broiled Salmon, Soled Almondine, and much more.
Specialties
Our specialties are served with homemade soup or garden salad. Want to give your taste buds a little kick? Then try our Santa Fe Chicken, strips of chicken breast seasoned with cajun spice, set on a bed of color tortilla chips and black bean chili, topped with cheese, tomato, avocado, sour cream, chives and fresh tomatillo salsa. Other specialties include Chicken Marsala and Chicken Mushroom Crepes.
Pastas
Our pastas are served with your choice of homemade soup or garden salad, and garlic bread. For seafood lovers, try our Seafood Pasta that has sea scallops, baby clams and bay shrimp in a garlic butter sauce tossed with linguini, tomatoes, green onions, and mushrooms. We also serve vegetarian pasta dishes including the Grilled Vegetable Pasta.
Children´s Menu
Our children's menu accomodates children ages 10 and younger. Get our best-selling children's item, Prime Rib served with baked potato, for your children. We also serve Tempura Prawns, Fettuccine Alfredo, the Refuge Burger, and Chicken Tenders.

Lamb Kabobs
Ingredients:
* Bamboo skewers soaked in water
* Leg of lamb
* 1 red bell pepper
* 1 green bell pepper
* 1 red onion
* A few button mushrooms
* Italian dressing for marinade
Preparation: Start by de-boning the leg of lamb, then cut into 1 inch cubes. Place them in a pan and cover them with the Italian dressing and let marinate for about 1 hour. Next cut the bell peppers and onion into 1 inch cubes and set aside until the lamb has finished marinating. Place the bell pepper, lamb, onion and mushrooms on the skewer, alternating them for color and presentation. There should be three to four pieces of lamb per skewer. Place them on the BBQ and char-broil until they are cooked to your preference. For them to be really tender, slow roast them and cook them to about medium. They are that simple to prepare and are a wonderful item for a BBQ party. Try them for yourself and enjoy!
